Communications Law and Public Policy

The UMass Center for Public Policy and Admistration is sponsoring a panel of alumni attorneys in the Commmunications and Media law Thursday, November 3rd, at 4:00 pm, in Thompson 620. Panelists include a former Chief Counsel for the Federal Communications Commission, and the current General Counsel for the Association of Public Television Stations, among others. The panelists will discuss how the FCC responds to current communications issues, and ownership issues surrounding digitial media, as well as other topics.
